From 5 June 2017 until December 2018, the Leien will be closed in both directions for through traffic, near Operaplein. During the Noorderlijn works, the city centre will be subdivided into three zones: Centre North, Centre East and Centre South. We recommend you check which part of the city you need to be in before leaving. During your journey, we recommend staying on the Antwerp Ring road as long as possible and following the signs to the relevant zone. Bicycles and public transport are the smart alternatives to get to and from and around the city for the duration of these road works. To reach the hotel by car we recommend to take the highway exit nr 5 (Borgerhout - Centrum Oost) on the Ring.
